These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Swayy ("Swayy"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Swayy helps businesses collect more Google reviews by automating review requests to their own real customers and by drafting replies to reviews. Swayy does not buy, sell, invent, or gate reviews, and does not guarantee any specific ranking outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for your own genuine customers and in compliance with all applicable laws and with Google's Business Profile and reviews policies.

You must not use the Service to solicit fake or incentivized reviews, to send unsolicited messages to people who are not your customers, or to violate any third-party terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per location on a monthly or annual basis as shown at checkout. Fees are charged in advance and, except as stated in our Refund Policy, are non-refundable.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swayy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
