Template — review before launch. This is a starting point and not legal advice. Have it reviewed by counsel and confirm the entity, jurisdiction, and guarantee details.

This Privacy Policy explains how Swayy ("Swayy", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use swayy.co and our review-automation services (the "Service").

Information we collect

Account information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, and billing details.

Business data you connect, such as your Google Business Profile and customer contact details imported from your CRM, POS, or scheduling tools, used solely to send review requests on your behalf.

Usage data, such as log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how you use the Service.

How we use information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including sending review requests and follow-ups to your customers and drafting AI replies to reviews.

To process payments, provide support, and communicate with you about your account.

To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

With service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, payment, email/SMS delivery, hosting, and analytics providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We never sell your personal information, and we never post to your accounts or ask for your passwords.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Swayy.co uses two analytics tools that are not necessary to deliver the site: Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, which reports aggregate traffic and page performance; and Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft, a session-analytics tool that records clicks, scroll depth, mouse movement, and a reconstruction of the pages you view.

Because neither is strictly necessary, neither one loads until you accept it. Until you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner, no analytics script runs, nothing is stored on your device by these tools, and no data about your visit is sent to Google or Microsoft. Choosing “Reject” leaves both switched off.

You can change your decision at any time through the “Cookie settings” control in the site footer. Withdrawing consent deletes the cookies these tools set — including _ga, _gid, _clck, and _clsk — and stops both tools loading on the pages you visit afterwards.

One item is exempt from this choice because it exists only to honour it: we record your cookie decision itself in your browser's local storage, so that we do not have to ask you again on every page.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@swayy.co.
