To use our task development services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Operate a legally recognized business entity

Provide accurate business details and maintain up-to-date contact information

Have a verifiable online presence (e.g., business website or portfolio)

We offer a limited-time free basic task development plan, allowing businesses to test our services before upgrading. This includes access to a select number of task development features. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate free access if the system is misused or if false information is provided.

4. Performance Commitment

Swayy provides performance-driven task development services designed to enhance the efficiency and quality of your digital tasks and web development projects. While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to the dynamic nature of project requirements and external factors, we commit to delivering measurable improvements and high-performance efforts.

Clients on qualifying paid plans typically experience significant project completion improvements within 90 days, including the potential to achieve optimized task workflows or completed web development milestones, provided the following conditions are met:

The client provides all necessary project details, access credentials, and accurate business information.

No unauthorized changes are made to the project scope or requirements during the development period.

The business remains compliant with agreed-upon project guidelines and avoids actions that may delay or disrupt progress.

If the above conditions are satisfied and the expected task development improvements are not observed within 90 days, Swayy, at its sole discretion, may offer:

An extension of services at no additional cost, and/or

A project review to determine eligibility for additional support or partial compensation.

This performance commitment does not apply in the following scenarios:

Projects targeting highly complex, custom, or saturated task development requirements.

Projects impacted by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information or resources.

Businesses with repeated violations of agreed-upon project terms or scope.

Nothing in this section shall be construed as a guarantee of specific project outcomes or timelines. The client acknowledges that task development results may vary based on project complexity, industry, market conditions, and client collaboration.

6. Fees, Payments & Billing
All paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the package selected.
Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Master Card, Visa Card, etc.).
Fees are non-refundable once work begins or after the first 7 days of the billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing or payment terms with 14 days’ notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Swayy, its employees, or partners be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, profits, or online visibility
Google platform updates, algorithm changes, or account suspensions
Data inaccuracies caused by third-party tools or changes on your Google account
Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the last 90 days.

9. Confidentiality
Any data, strategies, login credentials, or proprietary business information shared between Swayy and the client will remain strictly confidential and used solely for the execution of services.

We will not sell, share, or misuse any personal or business information.

10. Intellectual Property
All materials, software, strategies, reports, and digital assets provided by Swayy remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred by written agreement.

Clients may not replicate, sell, or redistribute any proprietary methods or deliverables without permission.

11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

Payments are not made within 7 days of due date
Abusive or unethical behavior is directed toward our team
The client violates these Terms or misuses our services
The client submits false or misleading business information
Clients may cancel subscriptions with 7 days’ notice via email. No refunds will be issued for partial months unless stated otherwise.

12. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
We may integrate or make use of third-party tools (such as Google APIs, analytics tools, and reporting software). We are not responsible for:

Platform outages
Changes in Google policies
Limitations or errors caused by third-party integrations
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Dubai, UAE, under applicable local laws.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
